I’ve had no energy today at all. Just got back from my grandmother’s funeral yesterday and planned to hit the gym before work, but even after a long lie in I’ve been shattered the whole time. Even the thought of a long, relaxing walk (not much cardio but at least some fresh air) is horrible. Looks like I’m having a day off.
Gym in the morning though. Hopefully after a day of rest I’ll be back on the bandwagon.
Freshers’ week isn’t far away.
I hate wasting food. If it’s on my plate I can’t not eat it. I know it’s not healthy, so I’m breaking the habit.
I’m gonna start leaving food on the plate every time I eat. Just because i’ve bought the food doesn’t mean i have to cook it. Just because I’ve cooked it doesn’t mean i have to put it on the plate. just because it’s on the plate doesn’t mean i have to eat it.
having a few days off the diet and the gym to attend my grandmothers funeral.
there is so much more to life than being slim.
