I couldn’t even begin to guess how many calories i drank last night.
I don’t regret it in the slightest :)

I’m so close deciding that chocolate is better than a flat stomach. Every evening I get such horrible sugar cravings. I’m not even hungry. I just want sugar.
Maybe I’m just misinterpreting a vitamin deficiency or something…
It’s not a difficult concept.
I’ve finally found a routine that seems to work for me :) in brackets are the average calories I’m burning at the speed and resistance I’m comfortable at.
Stationary bikes - 20mins (100)
Set Weights - 10mins
Cross Trainers - 13mins (80)
Rowing Machine - 1km (50)
Set Weights - 10mins
Treadmills - 20mins (150)
With the walk there are back, just the gym should burn a pound of fat every week, even if I stayed eating the same as before :)
the gym is pumping Katy Perry but your iPod is pumping Guns n Roses :)
we took a break from dissertations to go up the hill and have a little photoshoot in the rain this evening :) getting more comfortable out of clothes is something i’m really looking forward to! and just being in pictures in general.
My arms look flabby here, but I really quite like the curves.
I’ve decided to budget a little chocolate/sweets into my daily diet. Hopefully I’ll be able to do without them entirely soon, but right now I find myself craving sugar so much, I’m in danger of binging if I try to go without.
As long as I keep track of the naughtiness, admit it to myself and don’t get over-zealous with the sugar, it’ll be fine. Everything in moderation :)
I wonder how they did their research on this :) lol
Brought a couple of friends along to the gym this morning - how encouraging it is to be able to lift more weight than your guy-friends! Also ran 15 minutes solid on the treadmill without having to push myself to the limit, I know it’s not that long but there’s no way I could have done that a few weeks ago.
Sessions like this you don’t just do for the sake of your physical future, you do it because it’s fun.
