Just got back from my grandmother&amp;#8217;s funeral yesterday and planned to hit the gym before work, but even after a long lie in I&amp;#8217;ve been shattered the whole time. Even the thought of a long, relaxing walk (not much cardio but at least some fresh air) is horrible. Looks like I&amp;#8217;m having a day off.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Gym in the morning though. Hopefully after a day of rest I&amp;#8217;ll be back on the bandwagon.&lt;/p&gt;

Also ran 15 minutes solid on the treadmill without having to push myself to the limit, I know it&amp;#8217;s not that long but there&amp;#8217;s no way I could have done that a few weeks ago.&lt;/p&gt;
